How long does it take to create my order?

Everything at Oh So Sadie is handmade to order. Our current processing time is up to ten days. This means from when your order is placed we have up to ten days to create your order before posting.

 

I need my order sooner can you do that?

Orders are created in the order that they come in, it's likely that there may be many orders in front of yours that need to be made first. However I will always try to get your order out as soon as possible.

How is my order posted?

Your order will be posted via Royal Mail as standard 1st class post. This does not include a tracking number. I always obtain proof of postage. Orders are posted in cardboard mailing boxes and they will fit through your letterbox.

Do I have to have my pets name on the tag?

No not at all, not if you don't want to. You can just have the design or you can have your pets initial, your surname, nickname...anything that fits. Pet tags are designed to get your pet back to you as quickly as possible if they have gone missing. They do nothing to deter or prevent pet theft.

What details do I need on the reverse?

To comply with uk law you must have your surname, house number or name and postcode with telephone number optional. If you would prefer to have two phone numbers and surname or chipped that's completely up to you. You could also leave the reverse blank if you're using it as a collar charm alongside your existing tag or a as a keyring for yourself. Three to four lines is best. Please note that if you are using two surnames they are likely to take up two separate lines. We have limited room to stamp on the reverse so please keep it short and simple unfortunately we cannot add street/road names.

I've placed an order but have made a mistake what can I do?

No to worry if you have placed your order and want to change something or realise there's a mistake...it happens. Please get in touch with me as soon as possible using the contact form.
