Processing Time and Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time - up to 10 days

Please allow ten business days from ordering for us to create your order. We will always try to dispatch your order as soon as possible, during busy periods your order may not be posted until the tenth day.

Our products are all handmade to order and shipped in the order they are received. Please be aware that this is a very small business (it's just me!) I create and ship orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

All orders are posted as standard 1st class via Royal Mail. This does not include tracking. Please make sure your posting address is correct at the time of ordering, if you need to make any changes after your order is placed please contact me as soon as possible.

All of our orders are posted in kraft boxes with tissue paper and shredded paper. Everything is recyclable or compostable.
