The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Each product is made to order, especially for you. Processing includes: Designing your order, making your order, quality check and packaging.

Please allow 10 days to process your order. Times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to arrive at their destination after shipping.

UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail first class is 1-3 business days

Standard 1st class mail does NOT include a tracking number.

 

Orders are packaged to fit through your letterbox so will never be left with a neighbour, safe space or need collecting from the sorting office.
